Camp Information
Start of Camp Registration
This takes place in Lund Center on the first day of camp. Look for signs on campus that will direct you to Lund Center.
- Resident camper registration runs 4:30-5:30pm
- Daycampers may register between 5:15 and 5:45pm.
- Everyone is to be on the floor at 6:00 pm.
During the registration process you will receive your team assignments, T-shirt, and dorm key. You will then be directed to the dorm to settle in. Campers need not bring their luggage into Lund Center. You will move into the dorm after registering in Lund Center.
**There will not be a meal on the first day of camp. Go to Restaurants for area restaurants.
End of Camp Pick up
All sessions will conclude with a short ceremony beginning at 11:30am. Parents are welcome to observe camp prior to the ceremony. The camp store will be open before and after the ceremony.
Rooming Assignments
Resident campers can room with whomever they wish as long as they choose each other. We can have up to three people in a room. All rooms are the same size, but we have a limited number of three person rooms. You are be able to sign up for roommates via our Roommate Manager through the Registration Login link. All roommates must be registered in order to complete the roommate selection process.
*** The college charges $75 per lost key. Each resident camper will be given a room key and is responsible for the return of that key. Lost keys are the responsibility of the camper. Lanyards help in not losing keys. We have them for sale for $1 or you can bring your own.***

Absence from camp
It is expected that campers will be at all camp activities and sessions. If there are emergencies we will do whatever we can to facilitate departure from camp. Absences for non-emergency reasons must be arranged in advance with written parental permission for each camper absent. It is critical that we be aware of all absences, including departure and return times.
Refunds
All cancellations, for any reason, will be assessed a minimum $100 processing fee. If the cancellation is made within two weeks of camp, except for injury, there is no refund. A camper departing camp early due to an injury will receive a prorated refund minus the $100 fee. No refunds are given for no-shows, homesickness or campers sent home for disciplinary reasons.

A telephone call will be made to parents explaining the situation. Fortunately, throughout the history of Gustie Basketball and Leadership Camp, this has happened rarely.
